October 6 - Afternoon
After the Lauterbrunnen guided tour, my legs were pretty sore from hiking up the mountain to see Staubbach Falls, but we decided to go on to the Trummelbach Falls. I am SO glad we did.
We took a bus to get there. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the falls themselves once we got inside the park area.
I wish I had taken a photo of what we had to climb - it was going to be MORE steps than we did at Staubbach Falls! Fortunately, there was a "lift" to take you part way up which we decided to do. It was pretty cool - a lift inside a mountain!
After getting out of the elevator there were still MANY steps to climb. But what was awaiting us was more spectacular that you could imagine!
After leaving there, we went back to the hotel, sat on the balcony and had a beer. Also, watched more paragliders in the distance.
